To download the code from a UNIX machine, execute the following two cvs commands

cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ngbasis login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/ngbasis co NGBSummer2004

and then follow the directions in NGBSummer2004/INSTALL.html.
